Bottle 33cl.
Unclear medium to light dark red color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light red head. Aroma is mazipan, garland cake, cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081018]

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep red with a light pink and creamy head. Dense almond cherry and sulphorish aroma -somewhere inbetween authentic and artificial. Flavour is quite sweet, dry phenolic to sulphorish with a distinct almond note inbetween. Sweet finish with a vague metallic yeasty touch. Finalising a whole bottle is a challenge - this thing gets cloying, articial and tastes like paint in the end (an unusual cherry sweet one that is).

A hazy red beer with a small pinkish red head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of marzipan, while the flavor is sweet with artificial notes of cherries and marzipan, and only hints of sourness, but a dry end.

Bottled. Pink coloured with a light pink head. Cloying sweet aroma of marzipan and cherries. Cloying flavour of marzipan and cherries. with acidic notes.

Bottled. Ruby red colour with pinkish small head. Aroma is sweet cherry along with marzipan. Flavour is very much the same. A rather sweet kriek. Not the bestflavoured one, but was pretty much what I needed after a few 0.75’s of other stuff to have something refreshing and different.

bottle at home ... copper ... thin tan head ... soft sweet artifical cherry ... lightest metalic nose ... sweet cherry ... almost a little spicy bite ... or sharpness... odd sweet front ... and tart linger ... its wierd but ok

omhper (25963) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 16, 2007
Bottled. Hazy red, brief head. Aroma of "björnklister" (glue/ameratto) .Sweet and sticky with simple malt character drowning in a sea of lifeless cherry syrup. A one-dimensional beer based alco-pop. Why?

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Very red, slightly hazy with a small, pink head. Incredibly strong cherry aroma, but also somewhat artificial. Very pronounced cherry flavour - exaggerated flavour. Artificial yes, but not absolutely unpleasant. Reminds me of the cherry sauce I have for my Christmas dinner. 240705

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange reddish colour with a mid-sized to small pinkish head. Aroma of very sweet cherries, no beer. Taste of sweet cherries, sugar, no beer!

fiulijn (21516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 25, 2013
Draught at Pibar, Lausanne
Hazy bright red color with pinkish head, not persistent. Nice aroma of cherry syrup with light cherry pits. It had some residual sweetness, some cherry syrup fruitiness, and light acidity; therefore, quite balanced.
