Terminal Gravity’s Breakfast Porter is a dark plum colored beer. It begins with coffee and chocolate flavors, then quickly moves on to hints of berries, and finishes with continental hop notes. The broad array of malts includes Belgian caramel and English Brown. The hops include Northwest Crystal and Styrian Goldings.
It’s not just for breakfast anymore.

Looks like a dark rootbeer, and even has a sprucy hop note in the aroma, with some chocolate. The taste is sour cocoa and malt, with oxidized sweetness into the finish. Not too happy with this one. $2/12oz

Creamy porter. Dark brown some light getting through nice creamy off white head.
Smell is caramel some chocolate. Taste is sweet and gets deeper ending with a nice roast on the back end. very nice.

Pour with a dark brown and small tan head. Aroma was sweet dark chocolate. Taste nice dark chocolate with an unexpected very pleasant sweetness and just a touch of a citrusy note. Mouthfeel was rich and satisfying. The finish was bittersweet chcolate and roast.

Pours two fingers of head on a medium brown colored body.
The aroma is pine, chocolate and roasted malt. A wonderful mixture.
The taste is pine bitterness with roasted malt and dark chocolate rounding it out. The level of bitterness is uncharacteristic for the style but it fit well.
The texture is smooth with a crisp finish and moderate carbonation with a little fizz in the middle.
A great porter with a unique twist.

On draught at fanno creek nano beer fest - pours cloudy tan with thick off white head. Nose of caramel and roasted malt. Taste is of full malt with sweet caramel and coffee. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Light chocolate nose, with a bit of coffee, and honey on toast. Dull cloudy brown dishwater color (ugly, in fact). Light roast, chocolate, grainy, some decent hopping, and a bit too much yeast / mid maintains this / finish is lightly bitter. Light body. Overhopped for the body. Very pale and clear. Not really much of a porter.

Draught. Pours an extremely cloudy brown color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is very roasty with some nice coffee elements to it. Taste has some very similar elements to the nose, with the coffee roasting coming through in a very smooth manner.

Goes wonderfully with Mexican style scrambled eggs (seitan chorizo, cheese, avocado).
