UPDATED: DEC 22, 2015 Bottle 75cl from a U express in Doubs. Pour is murky gold with a dissipating head, almost like fresh cloudy apple juice, aroma is fruity with apple and hops notes. Taste is fruity, light pepper notes, full malty body, pleasant bitter finish. Nice

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy golden beer with yeast sediment floating and low head. Nose is again very yeast like with clove notes. Aroma is on sweet malt, yeast, classic french biere de garde beer, body on spice and sweet malt, not clean.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko (thanks). Hazy dark amber coloured (wtf...this one supposed to be blonde), small to medium sized off-white head, fresh spicy nose. Moderate malty, spicy and fruity with notes of herbs in the finish. Very nice and pleasant "Blonde".

Huuuuuge thanks to Emil for bringing this from Besançon! It poured a light brown body tinged with amber... blonde? What? Oh well, not the first French beer I ran into whose color description didn’t match the beer itself :). The aroma is a pleasant surprise, tropical fruit, light herbs, light plastic, slightly fishy on a sweetish malty background. Peppery sweet malty taste, light carrot. Goes Belgian in the taste, malt-dominated and fresh. A very interesting brewer in my opinion - and the labels are great!
