Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a fleeting white head.
Fruity citrus and melon aroma.
The flavor is somewhat complex. Sweet fruits and light candy.
Lots of carbonation lead to a sprtizy mouth feel. Drake (14058) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 24, 2012
Bomber shared by Butters at the 18th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of sweet and toasted wheat malt, celery and other vegetal notes, spicy finish. The taste is sweet bready malts, citrus, spice, floral and vegetal notes, pepper. Medium bodied. Decent. tia (2228) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Bottle @ 18th RG. Yellow gold with thin white head. Light tart aroma with hints of honey. Tastes like grass and honey. Bit of an off-bitter finish. Butters (4063) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Sampled at the at 18th Richmond gathering. Very clear pale straw pour with ring of white head. Kinda dissapointing. Very much like a wheat wine with soft lilac and floral. Tastes ’perfumy’ but doesn’t smell like that. Extremely sweet and honey. Very good for a wheat wine, but I don’t really care for the style. jrob21 (3772) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUN 22, 2012
Congrats gang on making it ten years. Pours a clear gold color. Spice and citrus peel aroma. Flavor is full bodied smooth a little sweet and spicey. This is well made and one of the better beers ive had from this crew in a while.

Bomber, fresh. The body is a very lightly hazy, moderate golden color. Fine bubbles stream towards the surface, supplying a short, wispy head that quickly fades. Minimal, scattered spotting marks the glass. The nose is based in pale, semi-dry, bready malt, showing abundantly fruity Belgian yeast and fresh, pithy, lemon-forward hops. Alcohol is a little strong – nay – a lot strong. Coriander and dry citrus rind provide ample, pungent spiciness. The flavor is similarly structured, showing pale pilsner malt and crisp rye, sweet and boozy overall. Biting lemon pith and sharp, bitter coriander cling to the tongue. Hops are again lemony. The palate is big and alcoholic, showing plenty of heat and a somewhat astringent finish. Meh...Terrapin is capable of much better. dchmela (3078) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUN 13, 2012
From the 22oz bottle. Hazy light gold pour with a thin white head. Pungent hops, honey, floral tea and alcohol in the aroma. Crisp sweet malt, honey and citrus hop notes. zizzybalubba (1880) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - JUN 11, 2012
22 oz. bottle from Bruisin’ Ales in Asheville, NC. Light pale yellow pour (although it appears dark orange in the glass) with a thin off-white head. Aroma of light citrus and floral hops, light Belgian yeast, and light banana. Somewhat sweet flavor of bubblegum and candi sugar with light notes of lemon and orange peel and coriander. Finishes sweet but not too cloying. A good Belgian-style ale. coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JUN 9, 2012
Draft sampled at Magic City Brewfest. Aroma and flavor were banana, a floral spiciness (apparently chamomile), mildly yeasty and bitter, fairly sweet, some citrus, lots of fruitiness. Long bittersweet finish. Thick, oily mouthfeel. Alcohol is well hidden. Well done. Dogbrick (13520) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 8, 2012
Sample at the Central OH BA Tasting at From The Vine on 06/02/2012: This brew is a hazed golden color with a medium white head that diminishes slowly. Partial rings of lace. Fruity and spicy aroma with some malt in the background. Medium to full body with notes of orange rinds, yeast, dark malt and spices. The finish is fruity with a grainy malt and yeast aftertaste. Above average all around.
