A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is super hoppy combined with ligth notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet with strong notes of both caramel and hops. A nice hoppy monster. joergen (28704) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 23, 2006

, Stockholm. Deep murky reddish brown colour with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, some bready malts as well as some citrusy, grassy and fruity hops along with mild notes of spruce. Flavour is caramel malts, some mild bready notes as well as lots of citrus, fruity, zesty and floral hoppyness. A nice balance between the malts and hops makes this rather easy to drink, even though being above 8 % ABV.
Draft at Paradiso Alexandria. Amber color. Aroma of butterscotch, flavor starts sweet and syrupy, then turns malty, then finishes nicely bitter. Not overly hopped, so the name is a bit deceiving. Decent.

Bottled, thanks Immy! Clear dark amber, rich dense head. Hoppy estery pineapple and grapefruit aroma. Sweet and caramelly with near full body. The hops hide in a sea of spun sugar and caramel. More hop aroma than bitterness in the finish. cgarvieuk (25222) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 2, 2008

Cloudy dark brown beer. Nice creamy tan head. Nose of old chocolate malt. Palate is soft and a little dry. Soft chocolatey malt, tasting a lot less aged than it smells. The malty goodness turns quite creamy. Some hop comes through and provides a semblance of balance. Finishes soft and semi dry with minerals and hop bitterness and sting. Another easy drinking beer from Terrapin.
(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, orangey brown with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of caramel and aroma hops. Full-bodied with lots of caramel and aroma hops. No overwhelming bitterness in the end. 220406 harrisoni (18970) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2006
Bottle at Kookfest 06. Russet/amber with lasting beige head. Unsurprisingly hoppy. Some decent sweetish malt. Smells cheesy and of hop oil. But then sweetish malts. Very intense. Too sweet.
