Shared bottle. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee, cinnamon, chocolate, and malt. Taste is coffee, cinnamon, roasted malt, chocolate, and some caramel. Very good.

Bottle - Roast malts, cinnamon, chocolate and a touch of coffee. Jet dark brown with a decent light brown head. Coffee, chocolate, cinnamon and a long finish.

Excellent looking: dark red-brown with a durable ring on top. The aroma is not as great as the name suggests but this is due in part to judicious use of spicing that eventually produces a more balanced flavor. The light cinnamon blends more harmoniously with the coffee. O: worth seeking out.

Real pretty deep chocolate brown with brandy-like lacing. Nose was spices, coffee, and a little pumpernickel. Taste was restrained coffee, bready malts, toffee, caramel, and baker’s chocolate (saw this in prior review - spot on). Light mouthfeel - but taste lingers like a nice acidic coffee. Definitely more balanced than a cinnamon roll stout sounds.

Salmoniform (1281) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - NOV 7, 2014
Poured from bottle to Glass. Dark hue with fizzy brown head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is cinnamon, caramel, sugar, bready. Mouthfeel is nice with a full body and crisp carbonation. Taste is sweet followed by a spice essence and ethanol finish. Overall this is a nice brew.

(22oz bomber) clear deep brown, no bubbles. Nose of cinnamon, coffee, green pepper, bakers chocolate. Taste of coffee, cinnamon, peppers, dark chocolate, medium body, medium carb.

i did not like the taste of this beer cold. as it warmed up the cinnamon seemed to brighten up and the richness of the coffee was more evident. im glad i was able to try this one but i would not go out of my way to try it again.

Bomber, brown and white wax. Brown pour. Basically a milk stout with some cinnamon. Flavors are a lot weaker than I was expecting.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Aroma is very strong of cinnamon, coffee, a touch roasty. Taste is strong of cinnamon, breakfast in a bottle. Overall, good.

22-oz. bomber. Coffee-heavy aroma with a very sweet frosting and lactose tone, flaky pastry, wet oatmeal, light nutmeg and a trace of cinnamon after it warms. Pours extremely dark brown. A medium spicy coffee flavor quickly gives way to iced cinnamon-bun sweetness before freshly baked oatmeal and very dry, bitter coffee tones emerge. Delicious flavor that works on every level. Medium body with an überdry finish. More please!
