This brew was indeed session-able. Lots of spices and hops in the nose, as well as the flavor. There was a finish of dried citrus that I’ve never encountered in this style (Galaxy hops). Truly a palate cleanser and to be enjoyed in LARGE amounts. zizzybalubba (1873) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - MAY 19, 2012
12 oz. bottle from SoHo Organic Market in Elizabeth City, NC. Yellowish-orange pour with a short white head. Aroma of wet grass, light pine, tangerine, and some graham cracker. Good flavor with just the right balance of hops and sweetness. A good, easy drinking amber ale. changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - MAY 19, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 20, 2012 Had a few pints of this at my local. Good beer, really nice and refreshing stuff to just kick back to. Light-bodied with nice subtle flavors of citrus, mineral, grass, straw. Crisp on the palate with a dry hoppy bitter finish. Perfect for chilling out on a hot Saturday afternoon. jrob21 (3721) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 19, 2012
Eabf. Nutty nose and toffee flavor. Smooth easy drink. I’ve definitely had ambers and alts with a little more character. tmoreau (4410) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - MAY 17, 2012
Shared 12 oz. bottle at Lunar Brewing Co.,(Thanks Brad) and poured to hi-ball samplers with a clear, golden hue, a modest amount of white, bubbly head foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The aroma started with an expressive dose of resiny pine, a little cattiness, and some light floral hints. Medium bodied and well carbonated, the flavor presented light fruit & citrus, moderate malt and complementary hop bitterness to balance. The finish was crisp and pleasantly dry. Nice and quaffable, but only one bottle to share.

Draft at pizza joint. Cloudy yellow amber with a thin white top. Scent is grains and bread. Taste is light and bready. Good jw0406 (1284) - atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 15, 2012
16 oz draft pours an orange/amber color with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, floral, a big hoppy nose. Light bodied, with no as much flavor as expected, a nice low abv beer Westmeister (2129) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 14, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with white bubbly two finger head. Smell is pungent skunky hops, slightly astringent, orange zest. Taste is not nearly as strong as the nose indicated. Bitter citrus hop bite, some tropical notes, orange, slight soapiness, crisp and long lasting bitterness. For less than 5% I feel they did a really nice try. Is it in the top tier pale ale? No, but a great session brew. ucusty (2691) - raleigh, North Carolina, USA - MAY 13, 2012
Clear gold pour. fluffy white head and spotty lace. Aroma is that of tropical nature. Flavor thin, corn grits and subdued hops. Dry dry finish..

Shared by Turdferguson. Not sure why this is listed as an ’amber ale’ as its clearly a very clean pale yellow. One finger of foamy white head. Nose is very hoppy, lots of tropical and citrusy hops. Very zesty with some resinous notes and a mildly bready quality. Waaaayyyy too dry, very light in body and bone dry with a medium bitterness that compounds things.
