Very refreshing and drinkable. Hops are strong but not bitter or overwhelming. Great for the warm weather months. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour: Pours an resiny orange-amber. 1-Finger creamy white head which disappears moderately quickly, leaving a flecking lacing. Nose: Herbal, citrusy hops. The herbal notes are that of bright pine. Citrus are orange and faint lemon. . Taste: The hops are herbal, not overpowering but very much present from the beginning through the finish. The bitterness in the hops shines through as lemon, orange, tangerine (I believe the tangerine comes from the sweetness of the malt). Mango and passion fruit are present in the finish as well as a slight honeysuckle note. Mouth-Feel: Light to medium body with small sharp bubbles. Overall: This beer makes me yearn for the beach, the warmth of summer. Those of you out there who claim to dislike IPAs should try this. The maltiness balances the hop bitterness beautifully. Drinks like a session ale, but with a really nice depth and complexity. The tropical hops will whisk you away for a mini vacation.

can @ Calandros / Baton Rouge LA --- Aroma of malt and citrus. Nearly clear medium golden amber, fluffy white head that takes forever to drop to 1", bands of lace. Taste is crisp malt, medium carbonation, and hops that are just as much citrus as bitter. A solid thirst quencher, light in the belly, balanced, good for sessioning. Recommended.

Can from Discount. Pours a clear, deep gold to light amber with a finger of foam. Punchy tangerine, pine needles and caramel on the nose. Well-balanced, very much like a sierra nevada pale ale, but less bitterness. Solid drop!

Feels kinda like the standard model of most mid-range craft IPAs, offering up a citric hop presence with a mild biscuit/caramel malt back, pretty much unidentifiable once you take away the can. Not that Hi-5 is a bad beer, just unremarkable.

Draft that pours a bright orange with eggshell white head decent lacing. Mild malt base and an abundance of grapefruit pineapple and other citrus hops. First taste is beautiful such flavors of citrus explode off the tongue just enough malt to keep it balance. Tgank you for finally getting to Kentucky.
