3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle.
Shimmering copper pour beneath a soft beige head with a delicate lacing on the glass. Aroma is strong citrus oils, orange peel, grapefruit juice, caramel, sweet malt, and spicy hops.
Taste is delicious! Strong citrusy hops, spicy hops, earthy notes, orange peel, grapefruit pulp, sweet, chewy malt, caramel and light pine. Body is medium and could be a bit chewier, for my liking, but holds up well. Carbonation is lighter but creamy nonetheless. Ends with more citrus oils, orange peel, light pine, caramel, chewy malt, light stickiness and spicy hops. Very tasty and were it not for the 7.2% ABV, this would be a great session style IPA. Very well done.
I don't recall why but I jotted down a slightly lower than normal IPA score. Just not a lot going on here. Would have thought I'd be more impressed by 78 IBU. halfonit (1415) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - FEB 8, 2018
On tap at STATS in Atlanta. Pours a hazy amber color thin white lacing head. Aroma is of hops, sweeter malts, slight pine, and bread. Medium bodied palate with plenty of carbonation. Flavor is of dry hops, grain, bark, malts, and a little grass. Leaves a dry hopped finish. Not really balanced all too well. Jow (4215) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 18, 2018

Slightly cloudy golden beer, rich smell with lots of malt and pine. Taste is a lot of classic foresty flavour hops, reminds me of a classic hop devil or something. thebeerbandit (58) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 24, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 24, 2017 Had with the Lawrence family for Xmas eve dinner at Longhorn.
Golden orange with a moderate head. Not too hazy. Label is pretty cool!
Smell is not too strong but I’m getting grapefruit and citrus hops.
Taste is well balanced with a big hip presence and enough malt to hold it steady. Bitter, but not overbearing. Tasty but not as assertive as the name would indicate.
Feel is full-bodied and creamy for an IPA which I like.
Overall, it’s a solid IPA. Nothing mind-blowing but it’s well balanced and really tasty.

One of my favorite go to beers. The right amount of hoppy and bitter. Easy to drink. Taste is complex enough to keep you interested.

On tap at Warehouse Savannah. Nice opaque golden color. Sudsy. Almost no aroma. Tastes sour, a bit cherry. Hint of hops. Not like any IPA or AIPA I've ever tried, and I don't like cherry.
