Tap. Aroma pale malts and hop fruits. Pours bright amber, slightly hazy with broken white lacing from a thin top. Taste is predominantly hoppy. My guess would be the Centennial outshines the others. Medium carbonation. The sweet start folds into a lasting bitter finish. A beer to have before that last cigar, the blindfold, and the order Fire.

@Lexington, Kentucky. There was potential to be much more than the brew ended up being.

Sweet malty aroma with fresh piney hops backing it up. Dark golden color with a huge tuft of white foam. Very hoppy flavor, the variety of hops makes it a bit muddled; I would have liked one or a few of the hop varieties given a chance to shine. Some of the malt sweetness comes through in the aftertaste. Still good, just a little too busy. Great palate. It coats the mouth with just a hint of carbonation. This was good not great.

Just seemed to have to many hop flavors going on once. Drinkable but not my favorite.

Draft at the Ole Saint Kitchen & Tap. Golden to orange appearance and slightly hazy with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma of spruce, flowers, citrus zest, light hop resin and a touch of grains. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness and a clean, smooth finish. Solid IPA overall.

Aroma is hoppy with citrus and grapefruit sting. Taste is pretty smooth but still a medium malty taste with a little stale hops. Probably a little old, but more than decent.

Pretty basic old-school Southern IPA, malt-forward and mildly bitter, more concerned with packing a boozy punch than torching your tongue with IBUs. Aroma is surprisingly nondescript for such a big-name hop profile, and this lackluster hoppiness translates rather directly into the taste. Large amounts of biscuit malts give the brew the malty heft of an amber ale, with an underlying sweetness only cut by the hops towards the back end. Finishes piney with a modest floral flourish, and the bitterness fades away rather quickly. Drinkable, but not much of an IPA, to be honest.

Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas with undertones of honey and a floral hint. Clear orange gold with a dense foamy, fuzzy head that lingers with. Its a wonderful balance of hoppy floral and honey-ish malt. Its smooth and easy with a citrus aftertaste
