Rating #2484 - 2016.05.03 - Can at Bru. Dark brown pour with a creamy tan head. Super chocolatey, vanilla, molasses. Taste is very rich in milky chocolate, mild toffee/vanilla with a sweeter than expected finish. Nice depth with an earthy coffee roasty bitterness. Excellent.

Alkohol: 6% obj.
Data ważności: 27.04.2017
Kolor: Czarny, nieprzejrzysty.
Piana: Wysoka, ciemnokremowa piana zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzykw powietrza. Powoli spływa po krawędziach szkła. Na ściankach szkła pokazują się drobne zacieki. Centymetrowy obłoczek pływa nad piwem.
Zapach: Ależ tutaj jest czekolada! Nie żałowali na pewno tego składnika. Mnstwo nut czekolady, wyraźne kakao i sporo nut kawy z mlekiem. W tle delikatna paloność i subtelne mleczne sugestie.
Tekstura piwa pozostawia natomiast wiele do myślenia.
Wysycenie: Niskie.
Podsumowanie:
Moo-Hoo to moje pierwsze piwo z kolejnego amerykańskiego znanego browaru - Terrapin Beer Co. z Athens w stanie Georgia.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at Taco Mac in Atlanta. The appearance is a dark brown color with a small tan head. The aroma is sweet cocoa, malt and alcohol. The taste is sweet chocolate with some roasted malt. An excellent beer.

From can and cooled in fridge, served in iced glass. Very deep oily brown, moderate tan head without lacing. This got better as it came closer to room temp as do most stouts. Very "loud" chocolate notes. Mouth feel is normal for this type of stout. I have a 6 pk and will definitely finish them! Liked this beer a lot.

This was much better than I was expecting aroma was definitely coa coa and chocolate. Beer poured nice and pitch black with a nice tan head can taste undertones that give it a bit of chocolate milk taste but not overly sweet or overly bitter comes out just right with flavor rich and creamy. I will definitely try this one again.

Pint night at Pazzos. Poured black with tan head. Aroma is all cocoa. Bit of a copper taste to it kept me from really enjoying it.
