Comes out of the growler a very pale yellow - not impressive, but I like my beers dark, and since the ivory head is quite fluffy and thick I’ll give it a break. Wheaty aroma has subtle yeast and fruity notes. Crisp flavor is rather like a typical lager, but with more yeast and apple and just a touch of hops. Firm, smooth texture has a decent, if not impressive, amount of fizz. Hey, always glad to support a good cause, especially with beer! :D GTAEgeek (2220) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 16, 2013
Growler from Ale Yeah! Clear, pale yellow, with a small, bubbly, white head. Freshly cut grass, biscuit dough, lightly spicy (cloves, maybe? Or nutmeg), and some light, resinous and floral hops. Sweet and a little spicy. Faint bitterness through the finish. Light body, crisp, and a little chewy. Overall, this is a wonderfully drinkable and refreshing beer. Still flavorful and complex. Nice. Draft at Beer Run. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Faint aroma of grain and grassy hops. The taste is grainy malts and herbal, minty hops. Medium bodied, quite drinkable. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAY 10, 2013
Draught, end of the keg. Pours a very clear golden color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is that slightly skunky lager smell that so many cheap lagers have. Taste is light, but with that slight bit of skunk in there. Meh. Fritz123 (1535) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Draft at Sybarite Pig. Tulip. Pour a golden yellow with thick, fluffy white head. Great lace. Aroma of grains, citrus and malts. Taste is light and refreshing with modest carbonation. The crisp taste has grains, light malts, light citrus hops and an earthy finish of bread and yeasts. Very good Kolsch.

Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of fruit, wheat, malt, grain, and a hint of hops. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, creamy, dense head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Clear. Very slightly sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of fruit, malt, and grain. Light to medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly dry, lightly sweet, malt, fruit, grain finish. Tap @ TacoMac, Johns Creek. Clear, golden color, rocky white head. Dominated by a bread and pilsner malt flavor. Smell of straw and malt. Loads of bread balanced with earthy hops. Slightest bit of lemon zest. One of the best Lagers I’ve ever had.
