Bottle split with my wife. Pours a deep cola brown with a medium sized tan head that falls quickly. Some light floaties. Big thick peanut butter on the nose, soft cocoa and chocolate. Medium bodied, cocoa, light roast, a touch acrid. Thins out and picks up some greasy peanut butter and old cocoa. Finishes a touch empty, faint chocolate and cocoa, a hint of peanut butter.

Fantastic nose of peanut butter (60) and chocolate (40) just pops right out of the glass. feel is thin but super smooth, as is the flavor, which i also loved. They hit the nail on the head with this. 12 oz.

On tap at a Taco Mac. Pours near black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of sweet chocolate with light roasted malts and a hint of bitterness underlying. Flavor begins with roasted malts and dark grains with sweet chocolate growing through the finish and just a hint of peanuts.

12 oz bottle. BB 12/26/14. 6.1%. (World Market) Chattanooga, TN.
Pitch black colour with a tiny light tan head. Roasted malt, chocolate, peanut butter, sweetness and Mars bar in the aroma. It’s exactly what it claims to be. The flavour is roasted malt, a ton of dark chocolate, sweetness and some mild hops. Great brew. I’m not a huge fan of peanut butter but here it works nicely.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of rosted malt, chocolate, toffee, peanuts and lactose. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate, peanuts and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Peanut butter, toffee, and chocolate aroma - like a Butterfinger. Dark brown with minimal head. Lightly sweet peanut butter toffee and chocolate malt flavor. Good body. Very tasty.

Bottle… Pours midnight black with a large, creamy, beige head. Decent retention. The aroma is too restrained, but it’s very similar to Shorts Über Goober Oatmeal Stout – peanut butter and chocolate components are the names of the game, but a little vanilla squeezes itself in. Medium-bodied with a thin mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor provides peanut butter and dark chocolate – kind of like a Reece’s Peanut Butter Cup, but dumbed way on down. Well-balanced. Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot of residual sugar here which I think would have enhanced this particular beer. Finishes crisp and a touch peanut-buttery with only a whisper of salt at the wee end. Too conservative with the peanuts, but I guess I’m spoiled by Funky Buddha’s Don’t Tell Reece. A pleasant experience overall and its drinkability is stupid high.

Deep brown, light brown head. Flavors are all chocolate with a light hint of peanuts. Very oily and slick mouthfeel. A bit overdone on the chocolate but that’s ok by me!
