Serving: 22 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a deep amber color with a lasting off white head. The nose is an unusual mix of florals, spicy hops, and a light earthiness. The flavor is even more interesting. The green tea gets minimal play in my opinion. The ginger is subdued but there. Lots of florals and a spicy, biting finish. Certainly easy to drink. Different but well done. LinusStick (3530) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2013
A decent beer. Hard to label this as an IPA Aroma was thick but a little weak. Sweet malt and some grains. Pour was a nice clear medium gold with a one finger white head. Taste was good. In reading the ingredients, I’m not sure where this comes from but it tastes like mint chocolate chip. Very minty aftertaste as well. Sweet but not cloying. No hop presence at all. Odd but good. Medium carbonation. suprchunk (2994) - EffOff, Florida, USA - JUL 12, 2013
Cloudy dark yellow, bordering on amber, colored pour. A couple bubbles, no head. No lacing. Green tea aroma. That is basically all I really get. Spicy green tea flavor. Not much ginger taste but more of a ginger heat. Unique. BeerHawk (1811) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JUL 4, 2013
Bottle. Poured a hazy pale with an off-white head. Aroma of tea and a backing of hops. The flavor found floral, spice, caramel, and tea. Medium body, light bitterness, and tea aftertaste. wisdomsolo (472) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - JUL 2, 2013
BONZAI!!! The aroma is fairly weak but smells sweet and spicy. It pours a cloudy orange. It has a spicy hoppiness, some citrus tang, and a sweet finish. It's very smooth on the palate. Pretty good.

Cloudy orange, thin white head. Nose is sweet honey and ginger, berry, light caramel, alcohol. Flavor is ginger, vanilla/oak, coconut, lime. Really interesting. SPDickerman (1315) - Texas, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Smells a little hoppy, a little green tea, and a little ginger. Taste is green tea, ginger, and a little bitter. Medium-bodied with a slick texture and mild mouth-carbonation, Terrapin Side Project Samurai Krunkles finishes with a subtle tea-like bitterness. fluffy (2461) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - MAY 12, 2013
in ipa, huh? yeah ok. so i kinda get that, though it was more like a pale ale with a weird grassy herbal note. a clean bright finish. interesting, but not something id want very often. RobertDale (6976) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - APR 17, 2013
22 ounce bottle. Thanks Anthony! Pours a golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, florals, fruit, and spice. Taste is citrus, green tea, spice, florals, and malt. Very interesting. CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 2, 2013
22oz bottle: pours a slightly hazy deep golden with a stringy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with some floral perfumy hop notes and a touch of green tea. Starts with pretty good fullness and light effervescence with a mild pale sweetness and good resiny hop flavor before a drier bittersweet finish. Has some unique characteristics while maintaining good drinkability and balance.
