Pours a nice clear amber color. Aromas of citrus and pine hops. Flavors of grapefruit and orange. Nice hop flavor with a spicy edge. Ctplt777 (530) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - DEC 26, 2014
You can definitely tell there are some Simcoe hops here. Really fresh aroma. Lots of citrus and pine. Taste is very hoppy. Lots of bitterness and a very subtle sweetness from the malt. Dry finish. Overall another solid fresh hop ipa. jflopsu (1615) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 30, 2014
Pours a clear copper. Has a very strong floral aroma. Taste is very sweet with floral hops (a little too much) and some citrus and pines. A sweet but dry aftertaste. Boutip (6380) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 21, 2014
Bottle: Poured an orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of fresh green hops with pungent notes that are somewhat interesting. Taste is also dominated by fresh green hops notes with some pungent notes and some lightly sweet caramel malt that is also noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not bad but I am not sure Centennial is the best hops for single hops IPA and too bad I didn’t notice the dating on the bottle before buying. Okay. I bought this and it’s old. Flavors tasted like they might have been good "so fresh". Lots of caramel malt was slightly sickly with faded centennial hops. Oh well.

Bomber from Total Wine in Jensen Beach. No date on the bottle, but certainly the 2013 Centennial from the bottle writing. Pours an amber orange with an off-orange head leaving spots of lace. Aroma has pine and sour fruits. Later some citrus perhaps poking through. Quite dank. Taste is of all dead hops. Sigh. Some pine. Some citrus. Quite resinous and faintly alcoholic. First rating noted was October, and likely one big batch/release. 6 months is no longer fresh or green. Look for the ’14 version; it will likely be better. Love the OutKast inspired name, but the beer was just kinda meh. Pours a hazy dark amber with an average white head. Scent is grass, honey, and light citrus. Hop punch is weak. Earthy light sweet flavor. Medium light body. Source Unknown GMCC2181 (1610) - Newark, Delaware, USA - FEB 28, 2014
Bottle picked up at SL... Taste is average at best. I am not sure how fresh this is considering I had this in late of Feb of 2014 and it was probably brewed in late 2013... But it has a nice bitterness/malt body but if you are looking for a fresh hop this falls short..... again, I would like to point out the fact this may be close to 6 month old. Body is medium..... overall, nothing to write home about.... chime in, if you think different jcnielsen (3412) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 16, 2014
Bottle. Pours a copper color with white head. Herbal, grassy, hoppy aromas. Grassy, herbal, sweet corn flavors. Probably not as fresh as it could be. keepersj12 (3117) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Decent brew. Pours clear amber with a thin head. The aroma has a bit of floral hops with some sweet malt, not much aroma at all. The flavor is nicely bitter with the hops dominant. A sweet malt base is quickly overwhelmed. The finish is dry with a bit of pepper.
