Pours black with a very thin line of nougat colored head. Aroma; milk chocolate, roasted malt and a pinch of coffee. Medium to well carbonated with flavours of roasted malt, loads of milk chocolate and some coffee.. A little watery in the finish, but overall a Yoo-Hoo for fathers across the globe. Flaska från SB. Mediummörk färg med generös brun skumkrona. Doft av mjölkchoklad och rostad malt. Mediumfyllig söt kropp. Klar smak av mjölkchoklad, rostad malt, honung och lite kaffe. En trevlig milkstout! iamwired (15) - Avenel, New Jersey, USA - MAR 7, 2015
Medium copper color. Nice edge lacing. Hint of citris scent. Not as strong overpowering spice like some brewers over do. Colves and nutmeg dialed back some. Dark enough to go with dessert, light enough to drink on its own. If you don’t like pumpkin brews because their too like a Belgium ale, don’t turn your nose to this. You might like it. slowrunner77 (11917) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 5, 2014
"bubble gummy arom and flavor with a touch of honey. cloudy yellow look, full flavored...a little thin and fizzy. citrus and a little clove/banana in there as well. better than average."

Served from a freshly tapped keg about 1 hour from brewery (March 2011 - from notes).
For the most part, I don’t care for the hefeweizen style, and this beer is no exception. To a good extent, I’ve tried to allow for that in this review, largely comparing this beer against other hefeweizens.
A: Typical for style: clear golden with a short-lived white head that leaves a dash of lace.
S: Rather floral and fruity (banana), but primarily wheat.
T: Again, typical for style, but with a bit more sweetness and fruitiness.
M: light body, as expected

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet oxidized malt with light grassy hops, past its prime. In mouth, a sweet fruity oxidized malt with light banana, cloves, sad state... GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - APR 24, 2014
Taken from notes 3 June 2011 -- Drank on tap and shortly after a Paulaner Hef, so my palattte was slightly askew for this brew. Pretty solid from start to finish, but as a wheat just didn’t have the extra ’oomf’. Nickls (2524) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - NOV 8, 2012
Bottle. Cloudy bright golden straw yellow with a minimal head. Actually some banana, slight sweet fruits and hay. Some light sweetness in the flavor, again some hay and seems banana dominant. Lighter soft body. youdictategood (467) - Florida, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Pours golden, light haze but not much for an unfiltered. A lot of citrus and banana on the nose. Orange is the main flavor component as well - not much spice. A little too creamy for the style as well. Not bad, but definitely one of the lesser Terrapins. drowland (8629) - Georgia, USA - SEP 21, 2012
9/21/12. On tap at Kickback’s. Lighlty hazed golden pour with a small off-white head. Light phenolics and sweet citrus on the aroma as well as the flavor, but with a touch of creaminess. Laid back and refreshing.
