LasseVPedersen (453) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2015
Can, 50cl. Pours amber, light copper with an small airy off-white head. Light malty head with fruits, caramel, hay and weak spices. Watery taste and flavour. Malty, toffee, hops and some bitterness. Not much to report. Aluminium from the can seems to be a real problem here. Thin body. Soft, smooth I guess, mouthfeel. Harmless, boring and waste of money. Find something else.toast,

The_Osprey (9690) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2015
440ml can for £1, BB Nov 2015, 3.6%. Clear dark amber orange, still, massive dense foamy beige head, light lacing. Aroma is musty cupboard, toffee apple, denim. Body is medium, smooth, no carbonation, kinda oily. Taste is light, toffee malts, card, quite watery, background resin, just a touch of hop character. Very drinkable and inoffensive. This one came as a bit of a surprise, as I was expecting not to like it much. But I happily drank the entire tin.

2.5
rauchbier (3949) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2015
Can (non-nitro) 3.6% Amber brown, thin shortlived white head and gentle condition. Slight toasted maltiness in the nose, with some caramel sweetness. Soft in the mouth with sweet toffee dominant initially, with a creeping dry bitterness emerging with time, finish has a fine tingle of peppery bitterness and a little more caramel and toffee sweetness lingering.

1.6
Aquilo (659) - Berkeley, California, USA - MAY 22, 2015
The name is hilarious enough. It sounds like a laxative. The side of the can says "... pull the tab, listen to the surge." And surge it did. When I pulled the tab, I was treated to an angry growl, probably the most shocking thing that a beer can has ever done to me. I didn’t know whether to pour the beer or back away slowly. When I finally did pour the beer, I found only disappointment. Brown color with a thin head. Flavor of dirty water. Just a terrible beer. How dare the British make fun of American beer, when crap like this is produced in their country?

Overall a very standard canned beer. You really do taste the aluminium if your drinking from the can witch kills most of the flavour
