Can, 440 ml. Nice, smooth ale. Great taste, gentle, moderate finish. A true UK bitter.

4-pack of tall boys shared and crushed during disc golf. Malty and creamy amber lager flavor with soft carbonation. Nothing to write home about.

Poured straight from Can, reviewed 8.12.14. No great taste and too much carbonation for me . Sharp on tongue.

440 ml can. Pours a clear amber with a large, creamy beige head that laces. Malty aroma with a hint of caramel and nuts. Creamy, sweet flavour of malt and caramel with a slightly dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and flat carbonation. Not bad, but not too exciting either.

Another bitter I’ve not tried for a decade or two. Pleasantly surprised - poured nicely from the can and delivered some malty aroma before a toffee caramel taste, and not too sweet.

twindadplus2 (714) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 10, 2014
Non nitro can. Thin, light beige head on top of a clear coppery brown colored pour. Clean, crisp, light toffee aroma. Creamy biscuit malt flavor with a slight tingle of hops. Light - medium bodied with a soft, slick mouthfeel and a dry, lightly bitter finish. A slightly simple refreshing beer that goes down very easy.

Can at Cock n bull. Smooooooothhhh flllloooowwww! Vigorous pour with foam white head on top of a gold copper beer. Burnt caramel toffee aroma very malty. Malty caramel biscuit taste. Smooth easy drinking nitro can. Its a simple English beer that is sometimes exactly what you want.
