UPDATED: MAY 13, 2016 Tettnanger Hops always delivers. Brewed with organic hops and malt. Unfiltered, directly filled from the beer tank into Buegel bottles. Grzesiek79 (4381) - Radom, POLAND - MAY 22, 2013
Kolejny dobry przyklad niefiltrowanego lagera czyli kellerbier. Piwo dojrzewa w beczkach debowych, Metne i zlociste. Za sprawa ekologicznych surowcow piwo jest wyraziste i bardzo orzezwiajace. Nuty cytrusowe. Bardzo tresciwe. Elegandzka krachlowa butelka i pelne moje zadowolenie z tej degustacji. shrubber85 (11570) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUN 9, 2005
UPDATED: OCT 19, 2007 Bottle. Strong hops aroma with mild malt (Tettnanger Hops). Light yellow with small head. A very strong hops flavor up front - very unusual for a German beer- mild malt. Nice body. Besides Jever, one of the highest hops flavor of any German beer. Nicely blended - a real pleasure to drink. Fin (10823) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 26, 2010
Cycled to Tettnang from Nr Kressbonn, Lake Bodenessee, Germany and had this sat outside a cafe whilst waiting for the brewpub to open Pours straw to gold in colour with large foamy white head that stuck to the glass. Very hoppy nose, clean fresh hops that were quite lovely. Taste is wonderful its a good solid pils like beer, Loz got some lemony flavours, but we both got bags of hops, nice bitterness, very tasty stuff. Probably going to be my favourite German beer of this holiday, and wish that I’d have purchased some to bring home with me. A8 A5 F8 P4 Ov16 4.1 omhper (25563) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 22, 2013
Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy straw colour, rich firm head - looks delicious. Mild floral, hay-likes hops combine with doughy malt up front. Dryish with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Floral, almost candyish hops play a significant part, but is well supported by gentle bready malt. Growing lingering bitterness in the finish. A near perfect summer beer!

Bottle @ Ambrosetti, Berlin. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Lots of grassy hops, yeast and bread-crust. Smooth, dry and hoppy. For a bottled German beer this is really really good. :-) Moravius (1403) - Berlin, GERMANY - FEB 16, 2016
Mild rezent. Nicht allzu bitterer aber gut hopfenherber Abgang. - Selten so aromatischen Hopfen erlebt. Großartig. ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - MAR 9, 2012
Bottle from Stefan, many thanks! Strawy with a frothy head of medium durability. Aroma is full of lovely grassy-herbal, slightly citrusy German hop aroma. There is also some grainy maltiness and yeast but the hops are king - this beer is aptly named. Light to medium body, the maltiness shines a bit more through in the flavour, giving the beer a slightly sweet accent that is topped by quite a strong bitterness. Adding the velvety, even creamy carbonation, it makes this beer stand out in terms of drinkability. Uncomplicated yet very impressive. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2014
It’s slightly hazy yellow-golden with a creamy, lasting head. The aroma has notes of grassy, floral hops and bready malts. The flavor has a light sweetness and lovely grassy and floral hoppy (and slightly herbal) notes accompanied by pleasant notes of grain and bread, The finish is slightly dry. Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a hazy pale golden beer. Very nice aroma of cork and a huge amount of hops. Some pop corn showing up in the taste. Rather high bitterness with a beautiful hop profile. Deeply pleasant. Faintly yeasty. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!
