COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional amber ale complexly built from a careful selection of 7 different malts. American grown hops harmoniously round out the wonderfully rich malts. Balanced without the bite.

First tried at Whole Foods on draft and then in cans with the draft much better. A fan of IPA's such as Deep Elum or Mosaic but had been drinking some Two Hearted Ale recently and to me this beer is close to the that one.

It's got an easy first sip but hits you with a nice flavor profile towards the tail end. Texas ale project gets a thumbs up from me ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at BJs Lewisville following Bobbie’s visitation. Mostly chosen because it was a TX brew and it had a good name but it turned out pretty nice. Lots of malt including some dark malt plus a good hop balance. Nice and flavorful.

Can’t even drink the stuff. The moment it hits a glass or your mouth it turns to foam. And I’m not kidding. Can’t pour a fifth in or your glass is full of foam. Can drink it from the can because by the time you swallow it is all air.

Deep copper pour, quick tan head. Nose is roadted malt. Middle definetly on the sweet side; caramel and a little toffee. Finish is sweet and bready.

Can. Pours amber with huge sticky yellowish head. Aroma: citrus, weak caramel, hay, sweetish- feels a bit old. Taste: burnt caramel, hay, malty, sweet with some bitterness. Medium body. Sweeter finish. OK

a very solid amber, if that is your thing, pervert .. . deep ruby .. medium white head, lacing is springy .. . hits the post .. well balanced and more complex than most ambers. solid offering .. . . speed dating involves a lot less meth than I anticipated.

Nice gentle hop aroma. A bit piny. Pours super clear and amber with a nice white head. Taste is malt forward with a nice complexity. Some sweetness and grain. Bit of bitter balances it out, but that bitter lingers a bit long. Nice creamy mouthfeel.
