Bottle from local HEB market, drinking in my hotel room. This is bit big for an IPA, trampling on DIPA territory. Dark amber, copper body with creamy beige head and adequate lacing. Sweet malt nose, some apples, more malt in the flavor, hops linger in the background. Thinking not an IPA, but still loving the texture and flavors. drjay44 (3681) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAR 29, 2014
651ml. bottle. Pours a thin ivory colored head, with some lacing, over a slightly hazy, medium amber (SRM 12) body.....nose is moderate phenolics, light cereal, hints of toffee/caramel, light pine resin......taste is strong band aide like phenolics, cereal, light pine, citrus peel, finishing with a moderate lingering pine bitterness.......mouth fee, body medium, slight alcohol warmth, mild astringency, low carbonation, mild acid on the finish. This bottle is infected. Sanitation fell down somewhere in the process. Hopefully it has been limited. The underlying beer had the appropriate malt and hop tones seemed appropriate, but were greatly masked by the infection. BJCP 5/3/7/4/5 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Bottle:   Thick amber, a bit dirty, hazy, thin foamy off-white head, little lacing.   Citrusy hop aroma, slightly sweet, some caramel maltiness.   Similar on the tongue, flavorful, bitter but not overly done, citrusy, with a bit of that caramel maltiness.   This is much better than I anticipated, flavorful, hoppy but not biting, with a decent malt background.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Citrusy finish, a little zesty and candied, with a nice malty background.   This is pretty tasty!   Thanks Bill! mar (5409) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 10, 2014
Light orange pour, cream head. Grassy hops, light malt, florals, and earth. Easy palate, bitter, grass, light florals, smooth finish. adpotts (5) - Cedar Park, Texas, USA - JAN 1, 2014 does not count
Great hoppy bite up front, but doesn’t really develop. Thick, bubbly head which was unexpected. Aroma is very light. The beer is good overall.

Bottle. Pours a orange/amber with a rocky, lacy, off-white large-grained head. Nose is resinous and floral -- spruce, fir, lavender -- but also has cucumber and mint notes. The mintiness is carried through on the tongue -- there’s almost wintergreen elements to the hops herbalness, along with the usual tongue-tingling bitterness. Little to no citrus elements mean this is a nice change from your average IPA. Finish is crisp and camphorous. Good and different. fiveacestx (970) - Texas, USA - NOV 25, 2013
Bomber - fizzy and tea brown in color. Light brown head that dissipates quickly. Piney earth hop taste but is more of a malty body. Has hints of brown sugar and caramel. Medium heavy mouthfeel. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - SEP 27, 2013
Medium amber pour with a white head. The aroma is fairly hoppy. I get some strong orange citrus and light pine notes as well as a little bit of alcohol and some caramel sweetness. The flavor is similar. I get some orange citrus notes as well as a low amount of bitterness up front. There is also some sweet caramel notes and a good dose of booze. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nice beer.
