330ml bottle, thanks ShivanDragon! Dark brown with one finger tan head. Aroma of syrup, dried dark fruits, overripe bananas and roasted malts. Taste is sweet with dried dark fruits and roasted malts dominating and hints of overripe bananas, coffee and sweet black bread in the background. The mouthfeel is smooth and the carbonation is low, easy drinking beer.

Bottle . Pours clear , yet very dark brown . Small white head . Smell is sweet, with a bit of earthy spicyness . Taste is bit bitter , some earth , some caramel . Chocolate tones . Caramel ending . Rather thin ( guess thats normal for the style ? ) Yet nice in taste . Probably should be more robust for a 7 % beer though .

Dark amber appearance, medium head. Fruity aromas, sweet and malty, mild acidity, above average palate for the Bock. Overall good.

Bittere bock. best lekker, bittere droge smaak blijft wel wat lang hangen. Geen doordrinker.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2015 Bottle, pours brown with an off white head. Aroma: caramel, dark bread, vanilla, fudge, toast. Taste: raisins, caramel, rye bread, citrus, vanilla. Medium sweet, light-medium bitterness (getting stronger in the finish), oily mouthfeel, nice long bittersweet finish.

Bottle 30cl. Deep brown almost black with a medium head. Aroma of yeast, malts. Taste is sweet at first but there’s a subtle bitterness that comes in and grows stronger near the aftertaste. Nice.

Bruine bock met cremekleurige schuimkraag. Geur van mout en caramel, smaak van lichtgebrande mout en caramel die het bier een zoetje geeft. Verder licht bitterzoet. Nasmaak is ook zoetbitter. Had sterker van smaak gekunt.
