Mpuntmuts (266) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 30, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 30, 2017 Brown hazy pour. Tan head that descends into a thin fluffy layer. Aroma of dark malts, caramelized sugar and some dark brown bread. Flavor of roasted malts, brown sugar, caramel, pancake syrup and a black licorice aftertaste. Pretty sweet. medium body and low to medium bubbles. Very likable bock. Especially if you like sweet ones. Might have it again!!

Zoet! Lekkere bock alleen vind ik de afdronk niet bijzonder. Daar zit dan weer net te weinig smaak aan/in. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

fkoolen (1335) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 21, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 21, 2017 Bottle at home. Reddish brown, big foamy beige head. Caramel malty, dry, light herbal note, metallic, alcoholic. Medium body, high carbonation.

Very good bockbeer. Not so sweet. Smooth and fine carbonisation. Raisins, caramel, hint of smoke, plums.

Bottle at home. Dark brown color. Brown head, disappears. A nice sweet taste, but also some bitterness in the aftertaste. Aftertaste don't last long.

Beamer (114) - Malden, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 8, 2017 Mooi donker bier waarvan de schuimkraag aanwezig blijft. Licht zoet en bitter. Noet heel veel smaakbeetje dun bij de afdronk.

BeerViking (5039) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 25, 2017
Bottle bought on Texel, pours very dark brown with a clingy beige foam and a peachy toasty and green apple nose. Toasty-sweet toffee with more apple notes, and a light breadiness.

Het lekkerste bokbier tot nu toe gedronken. Krachtige karamelsmaak met een licht bitter zoete afdronk. Een aanrader! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kampfar (285) - Osnabrück, GERMANY - JUL 15, 2017
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2017 From 0.3 L bottle. Pours dark brown with a little, light brown head. Aroma is malt and yeast. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, grainy and a bit chocolate, rich and full taste. Medium long finish. Carbonation is average. Medium body. It?s good.

Wat mij betreft koning van de bokbieren. Afdronk is opvallend bitter wat een meerwaarde geeft.
