i like this, probably most because it is a chance to have a good dunkel weizen that is different from what is made in germany.some malt, some banana,in a sweet donker.

Poured a murky medium amber witha frothy off white head. Aroma of lactose and caramel malt. Medium body, flavour of the aroma, a bit bubblegum but not unpalatable.

Bought a bottle at Bert’s Bierhuis. The color is ocher yellow with a small white head, CO2 level is medium. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and some almonds. The taste is full and creamy. Sweet and powerfull and the beer is nicely balanced. This balance is possible by the fruity tones. The finish is fruity with a light bitter. A nice Dunkelweizen, not very special but definitely not bad.

cloudy orange-colored beer with a modest foamy head. Nice fruity aroma of banana. Nice sugar-sweet taste, but not overrated. This moves on into a "powder-sugar" like aftertaste. Nice! Troebel, oranjekleurig bier met een bescheiden kraagje. Lekker fruitig aroma van banaan. Lekkere suikerzoete smaak, maar niet overdreven. Dit gaat over in een poedersuiker achtige nasmaak. Lekker!

Bottle 30cl. Pours a huge, creamy, white head. Hazy, dark amber, almost brown appearance. Aroma of roasted malts and wheat, also caramel and surprisingly pineapple . Very malty and wheat-like taste, no hops. Also very sweet, hints of caramel. Very smooth and oily palate. A nice beer on a hot day.

RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - JUL 14, 2013
Bottle, beers of Europe. Yeasty orange aroma and an orange-amber appearance, pouring fairly flat, though with a lively fizz. Quite sharp and bitter yet with a background sweetness that veers towards bubblegum and faint banana.

Abijen (2571) - ’s-Hertogenbosch, NETHERLANDS - JUL 5, 2013
Pours an orange golden beer with a good white head. Dont smell much. Almost nothing. Taste is ok. Bit lemon. Nothing special. Not muc carbo and a watery texture and thin body.

fkoolen (1309) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - JUN 29, 2013
Thin head, slightly cloudy, red-amber colour, medium carbonation. Malty nose. Taste of malts, caramel, sweet fruits and a little bitterness, but no big flavours sadly and therefore a little disappointing.

Mariusz (11954) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - JUN 27, 2013
Bottle. Brown with off-white head. Aroma of banana and wheat. Flavour is sweet.
