Oranje/amber troebel bier, witte schuimkraag. Bloemig, kruidig aroma. Licht metalig, beetje citrus. Smaak is wat zuriger dan meeste tripels, verder "normaal" bitterzoet. Licht waterig in de mond. Ook dit is weer een aardige doordrinker van Texels. LomYst (879) - Rotterdam, NETHERLANDS - JAN 2, 2013
this is an ok tripel, nice murky orange yello liquid, good foamy white head... aroma is simple with fruit and some classic malts, taste is a bit too sweat... ok, not very special BobEvers (370) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 29, 2012

Cloudy amber beer, little white head. Softish palate, semi dry. Creamy malt, rich and flavoursome with a little caramel - but not too sweet. Whisper of citrus. Finishes semi dry with a little hop bitterness. Very nice smooth tripel.
old rating bottle shared with benzai at the buitenlust... golden color thick white head.. some yeast and vanilla in taste and smell

Pours a cloudy orange/amber, massive white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is light yeast, somthing akin to vanilla Taste is slightly metallic, yeast, light botanical herbs, lingering bitterness, Quite thick mouthful. Okay MaartenRF10 (1949) - Wageningen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 20, 2012
Slightly hazy brown golden beer with a small white head. As the dubbel this if another warming beer by Texel. Citrus fruits, hay, yeast, sweet malts and an alcoholic nos. full body and nice carbo. Slaz (59) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 14, 2012
Pours with a medium white head. Orangy-brown in color. A somewhat thick, syrup-like substance. Starts off sweet and fruity and ends with some bitterness. Feels hot down the throat, as usual with a tripel. I liked how a curious mix of sweet bitterness stayed in my mouth for a while after drinking. A very nice beer! petibear (53) - - OCT 29, 2012
guinness like head. redish, gentle fruity aroma, quite sweet.
fine, but not exceptional. Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - OCT 2, 2012
Big vast white head changes very slowly into a somewhat thick lacing on top of a hazy yellow colored beer.
Smell hops, lemon, flowers, yeast, some fruit and something like vanilla.
Taste hops, citrus, lemon, medium bitter, marzepin, flowers, yeast, some light soap, some herbs, a touch of sweetness but disappears quickly with the nice bitter tones overtaking it. There’s a light stingy touch but it’s so well driven to the back of the taste/beer because of the floral hop aroma’s. Nicely done.
Aftertaste is hops, citrus, grass, lemon, some malts and hay.
Medium carbo, soft light tingly/spicy mouthfeel, medium to lightly fuller body and a light water more creamy texture.
Nicely balanced, better than a lot of other tripels and a good choice of ingredients. I like the floral touch this beer has.
