Bottled. The aroma has a bit spicy yeast tones, is weak, perhaps some orange. Hazy-murky, orange coloured beer with a thin off-white head. The taste is light sweet, light bitter, has some yeast tones, hints of toffee malt, loads of water. Quite carbonated. What a disaster. If you want to honour your brewery with this than you don't respect your own brewery. And this should be your final brew.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986, het is een amberkleurig, lichttroebel bier. Het heeft een iets fruitig aroma. De smaak is fruitig, zoet en hoppig. Drinkt lekker weg!

Uit een flesje. Troebel roodbruine kleur, weinig schuim. De smaak is wat zwak, licht, beetje waterig zelfs. Ik had van de Texelse brouwerij beter verwacht.

At Boscafé 't Hijgend Hert, Vijlen. Shared with Anke.
Pours hazy amber with a thin, off-white head. The aroma contains caramel, malt, some spices & red fruits, nuts. It tastes medium caramel-like sweet and light hoppy/spicy bitter; tad dry in the finish. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Refreshing, but no complexity.

Leicht trübes, dunkles Bernstein mit relativ wenig Schaum. Malzig, etwas Karamell, getreidig, hopfig, blumig, leicht herb.

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 Amber hazy pour. Smell of malts and burnt sugar. Taste follows the nose with some red forest fruits. Medium body and medium co2. Mediocre but not terrible.

Cloudy dark red-brown with a fine foam. Yeasty spicy faintly smoky nose. Sweetish with burnt sugar, a hint of caramelised pineapple and mango, and a drying dusty smokiness.
