COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma has some light orangey citrus. Flavour is not strong but the balance is good. Light citrus, wheat, yeast. Low on sweetness and no trace of banana.

Nevelig, bleekgoud bier met medium witte schuimkraag. Aroma van grassen, sinaasappel, kruidnagel, tarwe. Smaak begint lichtzoet, lichtbitter. Droog in de nasmaak. Levendig co2, weinig body. Verfrissend, zomers bier, maar niet veel bijzonders.

Opaque yellow with small white foam head. Aroma is wheat and citrus, some banana. Taste is good white beer, not too much citrus, bit sparkling. Aftertaste is surprisingly bitter. (Velp 201306)

Bottle, 330 ml, at home. Poured into a tumbler glass. ABV 5% Hazy golden yellow colour on the body, with one finger of white head onn top of it. Low retention, no lacing left on the glass. Aroma of citrus, a bit of wheat too, some herbs, but all the aromas are very faint. Taste is mildly sweet with wheat, a bit of orange, clove. Nice bitterness on the aftertaste, balances the initial sweetness. Very refreshing and drinkable. Quite dry on the palate, medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, good beer especially on a sunny day.
