Bottle from Mam and Dads holiday, Netherlands. Hazy straw-white coloured with a sweet lemon and herbal fruity flavour followed by a dry vanilla and honey finish. Fairly nice.

Smooth grainy beginning. Fresh, dry with Witbier yeast. I miss citrus flavour or herbal parts. Plain dry grainy brew. Refreshing but a bit neutral. Nice though.

Weizentrb, goldig, kaum Schaum. Geruch leicht estrig. Wenig Kruter. Im Geschmack dann auch nur dezent Koriander. Leicht estriger Nachgeschmack. Ganz nett. Wie ich gerade las: Koriander und Orange sind auch gar nicht drin.

courtesy of Stephane Teuscher - hazy orange beer with a poor foam left; aroma of coriander, orange juice and wheat; fizzy, medium-bodied and light sticky, fairly sweet; quite long fizzy fruity finish with more tart notes of wheat

The beer doesnt look very special. The beer pours a rough white foam, which collapses quickly. The beer is a little pale. The color is yellow, with a tiny little orange glow. The beer is way less cloudy than most witbieren, but it definitely isnt clear. The beer has a fruity smell. Not fruity like the typical witbier. There is no orange zest nor is there coriander. There is a little almond aroma. The smell is a little bitter. There is also a touch of metal. I like the smell, but I cant clearly define the individual aromas. The taste also misses a lot of witbier flavors. It is more like a tasty pilsener, or a simple blond beer. The taste has some metal, a little fruitiness and a alcohol flavor. I dont know why it is called Wit, it should be called blond.
