4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: MAY 10, 2006 Yellow, fresh, fruity, subdued alcohol. Effervescent, and bursting with fruit, leather and wood. Reminds me of the dearly departed Snohomish Scrumpy from Washington State, which was truly the best cider I’ve had the pleasure of drinking.
On cask at The Blue Bell Cider House, Warings Green, W.Mids. Clouded Yellow with no head. A somewhat tart cider, a little skinny bitterness, reasonably fruity. Its o.k. caesar (7165) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - APR 30, 2010

Cask Conditioned at Wenlock Arms, London, as Draught CiderRastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 26, 2007
Cloudy deep blond color. Sweetish cider, light apples in the aroma and more in the flavor, and with a late pleaant astringency, but unfortunately a light impression of saccharin too in the final.

[Cask from Three Judges during cider festival] Yellow/green, surprisingly clear for a scrumpy. Apple oaroma with notes of vanilla and cream soda. Light body, some more vanilla notes and a dry finish, fairly mellow and drinkable but a little clean. leaparsons (10613) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 2, 2006
Plastic jug. Golden and still but not cloudy. Aromas are light wood and apple with sweet, mellow apple juice. Flavours are apple juice with wood and good acidicy to follow. Has a nice dry palate. Not very rustic but decent.
