inn, blists hill Victorian village, Shropshire. Hazy orange yellow cider with small head and slightly sparkling. Aroma is apple and a little barnyard. Taste is apple, barnyard notes, a little wood and a dry finish. Ok cider.
Gravity, The Lime Kilns, 01/07/13. Grey orange murk without head. Sour mouldering fruit aroma fresh off the lawn. Heady sour white wine acidity; fruit cores, pips, sharp flesh. Almost spiritous, flat. Acquired taste.

Apple, orange, mild sweetness and mild spices in the aroma.
Apple juice, spices, quite a lot sweetness, sugar and... hmm... That's it. Quite sweet it is.

Super dry apple aroma. Pale but nicely hazy. Candifloss sweetness, but also a great sharp dry bite. Massively drinkable.

Sir John Oldcastle, London. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma si apples, some mild vinegar, alcohol and wood. Flavour is apples, some vinegar, yeast, mild sweet seedy notes as well as some slight throatburning notes.
From cask at Three Judges. Pours hazy orange with no head. Aroma is apple fruity and acidic. Mild sulphorish touch in the flavour. Slight acidic and crisp apple fruity. Ends medium dry and with a touch of sulphor.
