750, corked, strung with twine and a little card. Pours a bright clear medium amber with a dense and creamy pale tan head. Bright tangy nose, showing soft champagne vinegar ferment character, some lightly sweetened cereal, lemon zest, some tangy vegetable notes that must come from the agave but maybe you don’t recognize that (I don’t know the smell or taste of agave nectar, but you can tell what’s what). Creamy medium body with lively carb. Lightly sweetened cereal on the palate, under champagne vinegar, lemon zest, caramel, floral notes, some sweet smoke, a bit of oak, and tangy sweet delicious agave. Unbelievably balanced and symphonic. Voted beer of the day at two straight tastings with completely different lineups and crowds--but lots of competition and lots of finicky voters. These guys always rock it hard.

Amber in color. Fruit (pit fruit, berry, lemon) caramelly malt, light boozy barrel, agave all in the nose...flavor as well. As has become expected of AA beers, crazy complex - more going on than I could ever do justice. Delicious!
