(2013 bottle) clear gold, fine white bubbles. Nose of cascade hops, lemon, moss, cellar floor, complex and fresh. Taste is even better, lightly hoppy, citrusy Brett, lemon, complex, light and refreshing. Touch of plain yogurt sourness. Koskela (505) - Marysville, California, USA - SEP 30, 2014
A sour slight yeasty aroma withh the fruitieness of wine come from this hazy blonde ale with a white head. I taste at first a farmhouse ale taste then tartness of the wild yeast followed with good combo comes the fruitiness of green grapes. It has an almost medium body with a crispness and alot of carb. Overall a decent brew worth the $25 for sure. Danyel (1606) - Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2014

Barnyard, lacto, lemon, grapefruit, sour grapes. Amberish yellow, thin frothy head. Starts with some sweetness, then the sourness, but nothing too over the top, some apple, lemon, and funk. Smells amazing, tastes good. kbudd19 (1019) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 18, 2014
Bottle shared by willy, thanks buddy. Aroma citrus funk, barnyard, wow I hope this smells like it tastes. Taste is light citrus funk, acidic, oak, dry finish. Not as good as the aroma suggests but still really nice.

Hefig säuerlicher Antrunk, dessen Aromen sich zum Mittelteil deutlich steigern. Fruchtige, wenig süße Noten. Steigend fruchtig, harmonisch. Rundes, leicht alkoholisches Bier. 12/12/12/12/10/12 smith4498 (3646) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - AUG 2, 2014
Bottle shared by Scott. Pours cloudy dark golden color with white head. Funky aroma with some oak and lemon. Funky tart flavor with some tropical citrus, sour lemon, grass, earthiness and oak. Medium body with lively carbonation. Very nice. Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - JUL 26, 2014
Bottle. Hazy gold pour with white head. Familiar herbal, medicinal aroma I expect from Ale Apothecary. Oak, some funk, lemon, and hay. Funky, moderately dry, with a pleasant tart finish. Medium body. Cool beer, I would definitely drink again. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JUL 18, 2014
Another tasty Oregon beer shared by Jack. Oregon is really tearing it up with the funk these days. Another awesome funky saison/American sour aged in wine barrels. Tasty stuff. hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - JUN 10, 2014
Pours a glowing golden straw with a huge, fizzy white head that settles to a thin layer. Huge pineapple nose explodes from the glass. Flavor is more pineapple, coconut, banana, light farmhouse character, hay. Ridiculous and unlike anything I’ve ever had in the best way possible. I’d give it a 5 if it had a little more tartness.
