ABUSEDGOAT (2901) - California, USA - JAN 16, 2018
A hazy amber color with a white head that lasts. Aroma is dominated by pine needles with notes of oak, funk, barnyard, yeast. Medium bodied, moderate tartness, pine needle flavor dominates, it's very pronounced but not overpowering.

750 ml bottle shared with Piscator34. This was one was tough to rate...super complex!! Pours a cloudy orange. Aromas were cedar sawdust and leather. Slightly tart and resinous. Light body, bites the tongue, medium tart finish. Interesting beer!

piscator34 (2673) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 22, 2017
Bottle shared with BreWedge. Clear orange in colour with spritzy carbonation. Strong aromas of funk, under ripe apricot, dried conifer bough and birch sap. Flavors of floral and conifer tea, sour blackberry, lactic acid, and agave nectar. Prickly and sour on the palate, but with a bittering note on the finish too. Perhaps the most complex beer I've had to date. Strange and delicious.

Bottle... This beer lifts, bro!… Pours cloudy and golden with flickers of orange and a very brief, white head. The aroma is vinous and fruity with a super cool, peppery, almost cedar-like component. Full-bodied with adequate carbonation. The flavor is tart, vinous and fruity. There are also some nice, crunchy, well-developed malts. Lengthy, tart, tangy, white wine-like finish. Thanks to newcigarz for sharing this world-class beer!

Bottle thanks to Sir Todd. Thanks. Pours a cloudy orange gold color with a large white head. A big funky vinous nose. The pine fir flavor is huge, medicinal in a good way, funk, sour fruit. Very good. Lovely complex beer.
