ABUSEDGOAT (2903) - California, USA - JAN 19, 2018
Hazy golden color with a white head that lasts. Aroma is intense brett with notes of barnyard, basement, funk, oak, lighter fruit. Medium bodied, high tartness, oak and brett flavors dominate with lesser fruit notes.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2017 Pours a golden orange with thick sudsy white head. Acidic, vinegar and lemony aroma. Quite acidic vinegar like and tart, some musty character, lemony. Quite complex. Notes: bottle pour at the new tasting room, June 17

750 mL bottle poured, that luttonm generously both shared and muscled up to remove the cork. Thanks! Happy rate number 6000! A glowing orange pour with a gentle foam head. A wild aroma, sharp, inviting. Flavor is a very nice blend of wine barrel, as expected, but executed a lot better than I had imagined. Tart orange, white grape, soft peach. A ton of dry wine barrel late. As unique and interesting as they come. A beer worth celebrating an occasion with. Excellent stuff.

Bottle in Seattle. #6000, and shared with Andrewje41. 2014 bottle. Tall offwhite, yellowish foam that drops to a consistent cream. Lightly hazed, rich orange body. Waxy Brett aroma, funky preserved citrus, deep earthy and forest-flavored undertones. Quite saison yeast focused in body, which develops very nicely. Some candied ginger, lemon spiced tea, white grape skin. Waxy Brett and lemon. Some acetone perhaps. Tastes like it has a little age. Complex and delicious. Great treat for 6k.

Thanks Andrew...fucking awesome! Aroma of sweet tarts and orange. Taste is fermented apple, champagne, and orange peel.

cobaink2 (843) - seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 19, 2017
Bottle from bottle shop in bend. Bottled dec 2014. Tastes of orange peel, Meyer lemon. Slight funk and not overwhelming. Really nice balance. A little touch of sweetness from the wine barrels. Really great.
