750 ml bottle from Corvallis shop. Pours big carbonation. Aroma is wine and yeast. Tart taste. Lemon. Holy mackerel. Damn good. Saison all the way. Sour doesnt do the style justice.

Bottle shared at Richards Graduation Party (Western Springs, IL). Thanks, guys! Pours a rich hazy golden pour, touch of darkness, rich haziness, frothy whitish head atop laces ok. Thicker film laces well. Aromas are fruity, firm estery pear, banana, and apple. Sour gentle tartness, funk is rich, mellow oak and funky brett. Initial is fairly fruity, apple and pear, some funk and gentle tartness. Some oak, straw, funk. Some dryness, apple, and tartness. More fruity front end leads to a mellow straw, gentle grass presence. Backend is tartness, mellow presence, some gentle funk, lactic element. A gentle sour, fairly fruity and estery. Nice funk, but young. Tasty.

Pailhead (6539) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - APR 18, 2015
Courtesy of steebo Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy candied orange, lemon, lemon peel, and white wine. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a large bubbled ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of orange. The finish has moderate orange peel, light lemon, and a touch I of vinous notes.

750 ml bottle @ Bakgrden Bde &, Kristiansand. Unclear golden body with a small white head. Very pleasant and complex in aroma, fruity, mild acidic fruit, mild Brett, hint of wood, lemon and slightly vinous. Flavor is also complex and pleasant like aroma, fruity, acidic, vinous, wood, funk and bitterness all extremely well balanced. Lots of flavors but nothing really dominates the others. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste. Expensive, but great.

Generously shared by Harpreet at the Livermore Saloon. Thanks! It pours a hazy light gold color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is full of moldy peaches and light farty funk. Theres some breadiness in there with wood, white wine and citric acid. The flavor has light, sweet tangerines, tropical fruit, sauvignon blanc grapes and spicy, funky brett in the finish. Its only lightly sour with a full body and creamy mouthfeel. I wasnt into the fecal heavy aroma, but the flavors and mouthfeel were superb. Really nice sour.
