750 ml bottle @ Bakgården Både &, Kristiansand. Unclear golden body with a small white head. Very pleasant and complex in aroma, fruity, mild acidic fruit, mild Brett, hint of wood, lemon and slightly vinous. Flavor is also complex and pleasant like aroma, fruity, acidic, vinous, wood, funk and bitterness – all extremely well balanced. Lots of flavors but nothing really dominates the others. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste. Expensive, but great. Beerman6686 (6611) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 6, 2014
this one poured an orange color with a white head. Aroma was of lots of fruit, light vinous notes, some cherries and carmel too. Falvor was tropical fruits, green aple, light funk, some wood, and cherry pie. Pretty uniquie and interesting sour. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - APR 18, 2015

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy candied orange, lemon, lemon peel, and white wine. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a large bubbled ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of orange. The finish has moderate orange peel, light lemon, and a touch I of vinous notes. Inbreak (6538) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2017

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, hay, sour grass, oak, mild vinegar, bark, fruit stones, minerals, paper, moss. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, grass, fruit stones, oak, unripe berries, dried fruits, sorrel, alcohol, citrus peel, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of vinous notes with some tart notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix between some vinous notes with some tart notes and light funky yeast undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Very solid mix between complex Brett notes with well-balanced acidity level.

750ml corked bottle (Batch Dec 19 2013 10.11%alc/vol) pours a hazy golden yellow color with a massive white head decent retention leaving some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon, white wine, yeast, light fruits (perhaps apple). Taste is a lemon sourness with a fruity and malty sweetness, a light white wine dryness and light citrus hop bitterness. A complex and well crafted brew, but not one of my favorite styles, although I still recommend it for others who can appreciate this style. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - FEB 8, 2014
Generously shared by Harpreet at the Livermore Saloon. Thanks! It pours a hazy light gold color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is full of moldy peaches and light farty funk. There’s some breadiness in there with wood, white wine and citric acid. The flavor has light, sweet tangerines, tropical fruit, sauvignon blanc grapes and spicy, funky brett in the finish. It’s only lightly sour with a full body and creamy mouthfeel. I wasn’t into the fecal heavy aroma, but the flavors and mouthfeel were superb. Really nice sour. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 8, 2014
Yellow pour with white head. Aroma is tart acidic fruitiness. Flavor is sweet rock candy followed by brown sugar tartness. Medium body with good carbonation. JK (6296) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - APR 20, 2014
At Levi’s tasting. Lots of brett in the aroma. Yellow and very well carbonated with a tall head. Citrus, some sugar, but predominately sour. tom10101 (6270) - Quebec, CANADA - NOV 11, 2013
Bottle (750 ml). Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is very lemon/lime forward and reminds me of the Barrel-Aged Flora Rustica that I drank a couple of weeks ago. There’s also winey notes, oak, brettanomyces, yeast and light spices. Taste is also mainly of lemon/lime along with wine, oak, light vanilla, brettanomyces and light spices. Nice citric/acidic touch. Alcohol is very well hidden (our bottle said 11,03% abv). Medium body. Fizzy carbonation. Slightly winey mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish. Very good lemon/lime forward golden ale. The wine barrel give this beer a couple layers of complexity. Really drinkable, especially considering the high abv. It’s my second beer from this brewery (the other was La Tache) and I’m really impressed. I will definitely look for their other beers!
