Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of vinous notes with some tart notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix between some vinous notes with some tart notes and light funky yeast undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Very solid mix between complex Brett notes with well-balanced acidity level. riversideAK (6260) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - SEP 29, 2013
Nose is fairly sulfuric dusty fruity funky with notes of berries and pineapple and basement. Pours golden yellow, sight haze, bright white head and lace. Flavors of pineapple, berries, wild funky notes, wood, basement. Really nice maouthfeel and carbonation. Smooth airy. Lingering wine barrel flavors in the finish. Solid beer. reebtogi (6246) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 6, 2014
750ml corked bottle (Batch Dec 19 2013 10.11%alc/vol) pours a hazy golden yellow color with a massive white head decent retention leaving some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon, white wine, yeast, light fruits (perhaps apple). Taste is a lemon sourness with a fruity and malty sweetness, a light white wine dryness and light citrus hop bitterness. A complex and well crafted brew, but not one of my favorite styles, although I still recommend it for others who can appreciate this style. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 8, 2014
Yellow pour with white head. Aroma is tart acidic fruitiness. Flavor is sweet rock candy followed by brown sugar tartness. Medium body with good carbonation. luttonm (6172) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 23, 2017
Bottle in Seattle. #6000, and shared with Andrewje41. 2014 bottle. Tall offwhite, yellowish foam that drops to a consistent cream. Lightly hazed, rich orange body. Waxy Brett aroma, funky preserved citrus, deep earthy and forest-flavored undertones. Quite saison yeast focused in body, which develops very nicely. Some candied ginger, lemon spiced tea, white grape skin. Waxy Brett and lemon. Some acetone perhaps. Tastes like it has a little age. Complex and delicious. Great treat for 6k.

(750ml bottled Jan 2015) cloudy bright orange-gold, fine bubbles. Nose of orange peel, nice tart bug mix, wine barrel, Brett, creamy. Taste of tart citrus, light Brett, lacto, medium tartness and carbonation. JK (6095) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - APR 20, 2014
At Levi’s tasting. Lots of brett in the aroma. Yellow and very well carbonated with a tall head. Citrus, some sugar, but predominately sour. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - APR 19, 2013
Very subtle light bretty golden ale. Fantastic barrel characteristics, delicious stuff, really want to try the rest from these guys tom10101 (6040) - Quebec, CANADA - NOV 11, 2013
Bottle (750 ml). Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is very lemon/lime forward and reminds me of the Barrel-Aged Flora Rustica that I drank a couple of weeks ago. There’s also winey notes, oak, brettanomyces, yeast and light spices. Taste is also mainly of lemon/lime along with wine, oak, light vanilla, brettanomyces and light spices. Nice citric/acidic touch. Alcohol is very well hidden (our bottle said 11,03% abv). Medium body. Fizzy carbonation. Slightly winey mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish. Very good lemon/lime forward golden ale. The wine barrel give this beer a couple layers of complexity. Really drinkable, especially considering the high abv. It’s my second beer from this brewery (the other was La Tache) and I’m really impressed. I will definitely look for their other beers! Inbreak (5816) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2017
