Big oaky nose with tons of sourness - Green apples, lemons, creaminess. Big carbonation not as sour as the nose but lots of oak, funny and lemon. Just found this a bit too big and could be more like 7% and work better. Decent but not mind blowing

Pours hazy golden, thin whitish head. Aroma is strongly fruity, citrus and grape mainly. Flavor echoes the fruit notes of the aroma and throws in a bit of malt. Texture has average thickness and fizz, but it goes down well.

750ml bottle in a teku. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of sourness / tartness, some light malts, some light oak and wine, and a good amount of floral hops. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. A solid beer.

Beer Bloggers Conference - San Diego - Big sour ale. Lots of flavors and sweet, fruit finish with the light barrel aging.

Pours a large frothy white was atop a cloudy gold body. Nose of sour yet very Belgian and coriander. Flavour is amazing. I’m loving this brewery.

On bottle at Sandar Bryghus. Hazy golden color, good foam. High aroma intensity; stable, autumn leaves, citrus . Medium body & medium/high complexity . High sourness, some bitterness. Very Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks to Darrell for sharing. Also huge thanks to boralyl for getting me out a bottle of this. Bottled Novemver 9, 2012. Pours a lightly cloudy light straw color. Nice fluffy head with good retention. The nose contains light sulfur, cheese, wheat, and hay. Some backing lemon and other faint citrus. Really extraordinarily complex and interesting. The flavor ups the lemon and brings really integrates everything beautifully. Acidity is a fantastic component in the background without being too heavy. A bit of backing wine with a touch of pepper and phenols. Absolutely fantastic. I’m blown away by this beer.

Bottle at home, paid $27 at the local beer store here in Vermont. Crisp apple juice looking almost chardonay beer. nose is grapey, vinous and sweet. Taste is crisp and earthy. mild bitterness, almost like tangerine. Then it’s followed by fresh cut apples. very interesting and I’d have it again if the price were a bit lower.

Bottle at Culmination Fest: Poured an orange with a white colored head. Aroma was citrus sour fruit. Taste was sappy fruit with a wine like character.
