Bottle @ Dangerous Bottle Share 7.0. Thanks Aaron! Hazy golden pour with a frothy head. Nose has loads of tropical fruits, mangoes, peaches and some light vinegar. Taste has sweet citrus, orange peel, mangoes, spices, sparkling carbonation, green pears and a light acidity. Good stuff! Vestergaard (2089) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - APR 15, 2015

Super hazy golden pour with white head. Aromas of pear, summer fruits, sour notes. Full bodied, well rounded, some fruit, kind of creamy, unripe nectarines, lingering sour and wood notes. Great. _angst_ (4802) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 27, 2015
Bottle received in trade. Thank you cocoapugh! Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty, fruity and funky with crackers, white bread, lemon juice, peaches, apricots, green apples, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of mushrooms. Tase is tiny sweet, sour, slightly malty, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and sour with crackers, white bread, peaches, apricots, grapes, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard and lemon zest. Cool one this one. Rustic, funky and a nice balance between sweet and sour. Lovely American sour really... luttonm (6282) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 23, 2017
Bottle in Seattle. #6000, and shared with Andrewje41. 2014 bottle. Tall offwhite, yellowish foam that drops to a consistent cream. Lightly hazed, rich orange body. Waxy Brett aroma, funky preserved citrus, deep earthy and forest-flavored undertones. Quite saison yeast focused in body, which develops very nicely. Some candied ginger, lemon spiced tea, white grape skin. Waxy Brett and lemon. Some acetone perhaps. Tastes like it has a little age. Complex and delicious. Great treat for 6k.

750mL thanks to brainlair. Pours a clear straw with weak white foam. Tangy citrus nose with lemongrass, spice, candied ginger, anise, butterscotch, buttercream frosting on carrot cake, rum flambeed bananas. Geez. Taste is tangy, salty, doughy. Very soft and sweaty. I really like this. Soft, funky, quenching and complex. House yeast strain has a lot of potential. My rating: 4.1 Fiancé rating: 3.9

Bottle at home with friends. Pour is somewhat hazy golden with a white head that quickly dissipated. Funky, urine, fruity, pineapple, green apples, pears, woody, white wine, and lemon peel in the aroma. Taste is moderately tart, lemon, urine, horseblanket, somewhat doughy, pineapple, mango, white grapes, a touch of bread, and honey with a lightly sour finish. Light body with high carbonation. Light, funky, easy-drinking, and tart, hard to believe its 10%+. Sammy (12210) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 21, 2013

Bottle (750 ml). Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is very lemon/lime forward and reminds me of the Barrel-Aged Flora Rustica that I drank a couple of weeks ago. There’s also winey notes, oak, brettanomyces, yeast and light spices. Taste is also mainly of lemon/lime along with wine, oak, light vanilla, brettanomyces and light spices. Nice citric/acidic touch. Alcohol is very well hidden (our bottle said 11,03% abv). Medium body. Fizzy carbonation. Slightly winey mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish. Very good lemon/lime forward golden ale. The wine barrel give this beer a couple layers of complexity. Really drinkable, especially considering the high abv. It’s my second beer from this brewery (the other was La Tache) and I’m really impressed. I will definitely look for their other beers! StephTamiko (45) - Arizona, USA - FEB 2, 2014
Bottle shared by thebitterendaz. Hazy yellow pour with light herbal and citrus aroma notes. Flavor starts out slightly tart with notes of wine barrel, lemon and pear, then gradually finish to a more funky, spiced finish. Really drinks like a 1/2 gueuze, 1/2 farmhouse beer. ABV is very well hidden - so crisp and easy drinking.
