Pale cloudy light golden. Light white ringed head. Soft soapy dusty lemon. Gummy citrus. Clinks of passionfruit. Clean and sweet. Faint stewed pineapple. Very clean and neat. Smashing through with such an ABV without any harshness from the length of time in barrell.gramity (1668) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 5, 2014
Bottle, Independence Tasting, thanks to Paul for the long haul
The beer is light golden with a small, fizzy white head. The aroma offers lemons, wild yeast, grass, funk. Herbal and earthy tones with a delicate sweetness balanced by a light funk. Highly drinkable and really smooth on the palate. This one is a sleeper. Light spice quality. Beautiful balance and so easy to drink. Where is the alcohol presence? Masterfully hidden.

HMOG 2015. Thanks to jrob21 for bringing. Tried two batches. Older batch was actually a bit more enjoyable. Vinous, wine/oak, spices, with a touch of funk. Funk comes through much more in the newest batch. Klimaet (2601) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - MAR 22, 2015
