A wonderful pint, like cross between a spicy Christmas pudding and a mulled beer. It looks good, it tastes good but it makes no sound, in a pub no one can hear it scream.
[cask at Bow Bar Winter Festival 2011, Edinburgh] Brown pour, very thin off-white head. Goes flat pretty quickly. Rather interesting aroma of sweet cinnamon and cloves. Touch of malt initially on the palate, then more clovey winter flavours, pumpkin and spice. Interesting Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 26, 2012
On cask at the Bow Bar Beer Festival, 2012. Pours a golden amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of spiced pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, caramel and alcohol. A huge spiced pumpkin flavour also with caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon again. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Quite a dry finish also with lingering alcohol and a vegetal pumpkin flavour. Tasty. McNeillR (2315) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 26, 2012
Syrupy tangent, head lasting only a few sips. Strong gingery, orange rind warm nose. Well rounded sugary fizz on initial palate doesn’t leave much room for more than a clean but sticky finish. (Cask, Bow Bar, Edinburgh TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 26, 2012
Cask at The Bow Bar. Accelerated orange amber with thin, rapidly dissipating white head. Delicious malty character with a spicy hop flavour. Lovely hops. A delicious brew$

Cask at the Botanist, amber with a thin head and a spicy nose, smooth and malty, again with a gently spicy tint. Nice balance.
