Cask at The Guildford. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Initially a bit citrus nose, but quickly fades. Taste has sweetness, but a decent bitter linger. Medium body, but a little thin overall. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, riped citrus, hop oil. Initial flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter, finish flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, earthy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, mild biscuits as well as some cookies. Flavour is fruits, wood, caramel and mild citrus. Also some slight yeastyness noteable.
