Bottle at home. Pours a very murky brown with a minimal head. Aroma is serious rye, caramel, whole wheat bread, herbs, and earth. The taste is very rye forward, slight caramel back end, toffee, dank weed, and dandelions. The finish is somewhat bitter and rye. Medium light body, grainy texture. 12 ounce bottle from And Beer, Athens. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of rye, raw malt, candied citrus, pine, caramel. 12oz bottle - pours murky amber with off white head. Nose is rye and herbal. Reminds me of a trip to a bourbon distillery. Slightly off putting aftertaste along with grapefruit. Mildly bitter.
