Tap at The Bruery. Copper pour with light head. Malt, bread and lime in the aroma and taste. Reminds me of Key lime pie with a touch of heat. Different and enjoyable.

A dark amber, bordering on brown, color with a soapy head. Starts with a bready aroma and a fair amount of toast. The lime stands out fairly well, but I don’t get a ton of the cilantro. The flavor is nicely sweet with plenty of malt flavor and a moderate line note. There is a very subtle herbal flavor from the cilantro. Really quite nice.
