Great stuff. Light lemony spritzy character with a twinge of blueberry juice. Some hay like traits. Great. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JAN 16, 2014
sample at Food Bank bottle share, very nice sour, hazed golden pour, tart, acidic, nice sourness, lighter berry notes. very nice Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - JAN 13, 2014
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with two fingers of tight fizzy white foam. The nose is foggy with grainy cream of wheat, lemon, sweet tarts and some light underlying unripe raspberry and floral notes. The palate is light and refreshing with lots of funky raspberry mingling with grainy wheat, a trace of booze, more of that strange floral influence. Interesting brew. Bottle. The pour is a hazy orangish yellow. The aroma i mainly sour. The taste is a muddy vinegar taste. Not my style.

Pour is light golden amber, mostly transparent with a fairly tight white head. No red in the appearance, but there is plenty of raspberry in the nose. Its fleshy but not super bright, there is a hint of barrel and a touch of leathery bret. Taste is little brighter raspberry with a fair bit of lacto. Finish is highly carbonated and muddles the flavor in back a little with a touch of sulfer. Soft creamy body and actually pretty dry.

A - pours hazy light apricot with beaten egg white head with sticky lacing. S - it's refreshing to find a bruery beer that isn't the same as all the rest. Aromas of wheat, yeast and coriander. At first glance it smells like a yeasty musty wit. Raspberries and subtle wine notes come after a swirl of the glass. M - light fluffy and just the right amount of tart. A nice framboise variant. T - tart lemon and raspberries up front. The palate is sweet raspberry jam, funky and musty yeasty wheat goodness. end is lingering raspberries and spice. O - a nice show from the bruery. 3.8 sitzds (318) - - JAN 2, 2014
On tap at The Bruery mercy-poured into a taster after I pleaded with the bartender to give me a pass on the "bring a toy" rule they were using to restrict access to a few choice beers. Didn’t hurt that I bought a couple of bottles, too. Appearance is pink-orange with a white collar. Aroma is funky, lactic, oaky, citrus, grape skin, raspberries. Taste is tart berries, acidic, and funky to open. Light fruit sweetness and oak bitterness supply some balance. Medium bodied, thin crisp texture, lively carbonation, dry abrupt finish. blipp (9302) - La Mesa, California, USA - DEC 25, 2013
Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Nice sharp tart fruity base, medium acidity, light fruit sweetness, rhubarb and berries, faint musty funk, and dry lingering tartness. Good stuff. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - DEC 23, 2013
75cl bottle pours with a hazy opaque gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up some smooth sweet malts and a wheat malt sense and then it heads into a modest sour yeastiness and red apple skin. The taste delivers tart yeastiness, sour notes, acidic citrus and then it gets into tart fruity cherries and red apple skins. Pretty nice as the funky notes grow into the finish creating more depth and interest and provide a bit of a balance against the straight up acidic notes. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - DEC 17, 2013

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Hazy orange - gold beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy. Nice orange - tangerine - lemon. Light seltzer salts. Light dry finish with a tangy fruit aftertaste. Good stuff.
