Slightly cloudy, light orangish color with a thin white head. Fruity, funky nose - a bit of raspberry there. Flavor is great - a bit sour and funky with a solid raspberry backbone. Not too prominent but it’s there. Some citrusy sourness. Good carbonation, kinda creamy mouthfeel. Great sour fruit beer!
On tap @ Bottleworks. Pours light golden with very thin white head. Aroma is crisp tartness, lightly earthy on the back. Taste is likewise - notes of tart lime and green apple shine through. BuckeyeBoy (8568) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 26, 2017
Faint minerality on the back. Finishes dry and clean. A relatively simple beer, certainly for Bruery, but this is excellent.
750ml bottle pours out a peach flesh color topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice sour notes some berries lemon and wood barrels. Taste is more of the nice tart notes berries citrus zest acid and barrel. luttonm (6833) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 25, 2017
Bottleworks, Seattle. Creamy white foam, clear rich orange body. Tight, tart orange citrus zest nose. Fascinating body that is a lovely raspberry, rich witbier. Heavy alcohol wit with lots of fruit, tart red with some ester rounding it out. Astoundingly balanced and tasty. Nearly perfect. weihenweizen (4143) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - NOV 21, 2016
Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a Teku. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is dry tart, medium body, lower carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is tart, vineous, funky, oak, and hints of raspberry. nickd717 (4901) - San Francisco, California, USA - OCT 9, 2016
Tick rare ticks! 750ml bottle from Bottleworks. Clear bright golden color with lively bubbles and a fizzing white head. The aroma is great, vinous, lactic, bretty, wheat, raspberries, light fruits. Flavor is biting and tart, fruity, vinous, complex. The palate is incredibly lively, prickly carbonation, medium body. A great beer, made better by the rarity of course. Amazing to drink but even better to record this on my RB ticks list, which is obviously the be all, end all of life.

Sample shared @ RBWG Tampa. Thanks to whoever brought this! Gold pour with a small white head. Nice bright nose. Lemon curd. Moderately funky. A bit of cobweb attic. Flavor has some light citrus, grape jellies. Soft acetic bite. Zippy and vibrant. Surprisingly drinkable for a Bruery sour. Medium body, strong carb. Great. Never thought I’d be handing out a big score to a Bruery sour, but credit where it’s due... MacBoost (1948) - Victor, New York, USA - JUN 19, 2016
Bottle from torinbro. Thanks. Pours a hazy light pink. Smells not that great. Medium high boost. Tart dusty berries. Some oak maybe. Not as tame as it once was, I reckon. Meh. Bule (2274) - California, USA - MAR 19, 2016
750ml bottle of 2013 release pours a pale brown color with a lot of effervescence. Sour apple and a little overly sweet. Not getting any raspberry

At Bruery Sucre Tasting in the Bierboom. Complicated sour fruit ale with medium thick, egg-white, unstable and quickly thinning head; hazy golden colour with peachy hue. Aroma of gooseberry more than actual raspberry though a hint of white raspberry is certainly there, yoghurt, pineapple, sour cream, honey, dry white wine, subtle vanilla tannins, some stale sweat but fitting in very well. Very vividly fruity onset, lots of pineapple and gooseberry esters mixed with actual white raspberry, quite spritzy carbo at first, smooth body with honeyish, lightly bready malt sweetness and soft sourish ’wheatiness’, lactic tartness accompanying the whole and drying, sour cream hints, very fruity, drying lactic finish with a hint of warming alcohol and practically no hops. Sour ale of very high level, but I hadn’t expected anything less from this brewery. MrChopin (4305) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 28, 2015

tepid orange, no head. Tangerine and orange nose, balancing acid, lightly paper. Front palate is metallic acid, jowls tingling. So much acid here I can’t tell if there are any flaws.. WHAT?! Tangerine is dominant through the finish.
