caramel, chocolate, coffee, toast, roasty. Coke brown, hazy, minimal head. medium sweetness, medium bitterness. ale-like body, medium feel, average carbonation, long finish. A big brown ale. Sample at Bruery Provisions. The beer pours a dark brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes slowly. Small patches of lacing. The aroma is malty with some roasted nut and hop notes. Medium-bodied with a roasty character of malt and nuts plus some mild hops. The finish is sweet with a mocha aftertaste. Decent overall.

9 aug 2012, tap at the Bruery. Dark brown. Nose is nutty and ground coffee beans. Thin body and faintly fizzy. Tastes of milky coffee with some hints of dark coffee in the finish. Pretty nice and drinkable.

Pours a deep black color with aroma of roasted almonds mixed with burnt hops. The taste is clean and rfreshing with a typical mild brown ale taste. On tap at The Bruery. Lots of roasty aromas and flavors come through. Coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt toast. Very nice.
