On cask @ Sucreversary. Amber pour with no carbonation or head. Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, and whiskey. Nice coconut, sweet caramel, and toffee. A touch of booze. Big sweetness on the palate. Lots of vanilla, toffee, and caramel. Kind of doughy. Chocolate, whiskey, and a touch of coconut. A bit of alcohol on the palate. kathouse (1877) - LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA - MAY 12, 2014
From the cask at Sucréversary. This was my first beer at the festival and it was a good start. More muddy brown with no head than anything recognizable. Coconut, chocolate, and sweet toffee on the nose. Body was sweet but not cloying. A milk body similar to lactose that can be attributed to the cookie powder. A nice dessert beer.
