750mL bottle, split many ways, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of spices (not sure what assortment), wheat, yam and hay. Alcohol is well-worked in, with a medium-to-high carbonation. Spicy finish. Not so good. Oakes (17664) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 20, 2012
Hazy blonde. Not much head. Spicy aroma with Belgian/witbier yeast overtones. Dry and spicy with subtle kumquat notes. Decent brew. jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - NOV 20, 2011
Bottle. Pours cloudy gold. White head. Nose/taste of odd musky fruits, ginger, sesame seeds, orange peel, coriander, mild spices and sake yeast. Slightly dry finish. The sake yeast brings a little bite to the back of the palate. Interesting experiment.

Pours a lightly hazed golden color with a white head. Smells really interesting, heavy on the citrus and spice notes. Not really what I was expecting. I don’t get a lot of sesame or sake characteristics. The flavor has a lot of yeast, citrus peel, and spice. There’s a bit of banana to it as well as plenty of bread. Wasn’t bad, actually. bhensonb (15190) - Woodland, California, USA - FEB 10, 2012
Capped 750 from Beer Revolution. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus zest and spice. Rather full bodied due to the heavy foamy carb. Flavor reminds of a heavy sparkling wine - dry and spicy. Much spicier than a wine but the same sort of thing. Except, perhaps for the citrus. Finishes dry, sparkly and spicily flavorful. Amazing ale. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 14, 2012
