Firkin at The Bruery. Normal Filthy Blond with peach. Quite refreshing with peach blending will with the musty bready Filthy Blond. The peach flavor is very much in the background. Quite good. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 9, 2010
A: The pour is cloudy and golden with a hint of amber to it and nearly no head on it at all.
S: Quite a funky and almost bacterial aroma to it, which seems to come from some other beers with peaches and apricots. Seems nearly kambucha-like, to be honest. Some sweet peach and malt underneath, however.
T: The flavor offers up some peachiness, but not all that much. Overall, the flavor is somewhat light and bland. What is there is quite a bit of funkiness, barnyard in nature.
M: The body is medium with perhaps a touch of water to it. Very minimal carbonation.
D: Not my favorite of the casks, unfortunately. I found this to be just off in the nose and not all that flavorful.
