gracefullypunk (667) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 28, 2011
Trip to The Bruery, July 2010. Pours golden with a thin off-white head. Aromas of candy sugar and clove. Very mild with a slight wheaty taste. Not too sweet.

Draft @ BT for bruery event. Golden pour with white head. Aroma full of brett with some lighter fruit tones. Flavor is crisp and funky, but still light with sme soft apple and pear.

JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - APR 2, 2011
Pale golden pour. Lightly spicy nose with a nice crackery malt base. Lightly noble hop aroma along with some spice. The brett doesn’t seem to have had a chance to really go at this one giving the beer a more simple profile than it probably should have.

TeamTrappist (832) - jericho, New York, USA - JAN 21, 2011
Tap at Browerij Lane. Light malty nose. Pours a blonde amber. Crisp and refreshing but then right at the end someone sits there and flashes the Brett switch on and off and gives a nice hint of the Brett and sour. Very light with the Brett but a nice added hint. Really nice.

On tap at the Bruery. Nice Blonde color pour. Nice hoppy some sweet spice. Very tasty beer.

Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - DEC 9, 2010
Draft. Pours a super pale gold body with a white head. Musky dry leather notes, the aroma is very muted. A light fruit tone, citrus and pear with brett in the finish. I liked it.

3.2
puzzl (3258) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 28, 2010
Tap at the Blind Tiger. Aroma has a nice horsey character, wheat, not much else. Thin, very lactic body, dull, lifeless. Slimy finish.

SamGamgee (2452) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - SEP 7, 2010
Draught at beer revolution as "Brett Blonde" 4%abv. Lightly hazy gold color with a medium white head. Spicy herbal hops, dusty and musty yeast, and some cantaloup in the aroma. Light and dry flavor with a touch of dusty yeast. Light pale, grainy malt. Finishes with a medium-light bitterness and a light, spicy hop flavor. Light bodied and prickly. Seemed kinda bland overall.

redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - SEP 6, 2010
Draft @ the bruery. Mild brett funk, hay and grassy on the nose. Pours blonde with a thick white head. Mild funk with a hoppy dry crisp flavor. Awesome.

JohnnyJ (5562) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 21, 2010
Draft at Stone 14th Anniversary. Lightly cloudy golden color, with white head. Biscuits, sweet malt, citrus, light banana and floral, and hay. Meh, its fine.
